“We got 6 bids before choosing Collins for our new metal roof. We knew we wanted standing seam and we liked their experience with metal and competitive prices and we like that they cut the material on site (reducing waste). I also liked that they use a waterproof membrane (ice and water) across the whole roof and that they leveled out the roof before putting the metal on. The crew was thoughtful and cleaned up daily. The real test is how things go when there are issues! When there was a material issue- a shortage, they communicated clearly and made it right. And then when I (the customer) made a really boneheaded move and drilled a hole through my nearly new roof they were both kind and helpful.
