Dave is extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He is also very personable & offered good advice about possible corrections we could do on our own as well as products that we could purchase to improve several items on his list. He was well worth the cost.
I've been through almost 20 home inspections. Taurinskas and Klutch (who is now retired) are the best I have seen. Very objective, and not just a pass through to get the property sold.
