I had never heard of a public adjuster, but now am a big fan due to the results they achieved for us. In fact, the insurance company’s “tone” changed right away; they became helpful.Within a very short amount of time, our insurance company approved our claim to replace the whole roof and even our gutters. What a difference with Solaris and their public adjuster involved! It was a very stressful 18 months prior to that time because we were not making any progress, but that all changed once Solaris got involved. We would recommend Solaris to anyone needing a roof, gutters, or siding.“
