“Mark and the team was wonderful to work with!<br><br>We originally had wood siding that was unfortunately rotting due to the weather and woodpeckers pecking at it every year, so we finally decided to update to vinyl siding. We got a couple quotes from other contractors, but they were significantly higher, did not include electrician work, and were out 6+ weeks. I was going to settle for one of them, but it was just so out of budget, so after digging through Reddit, I found Carroll's.<br><br>Mark contacted me for a walkthrough and quote. The quote included siding materials, pulling permits, and electrical work. They were significantly more affordable and the quality was amazing! The neighbors all commented on how professional the team was and how amazing the new siding looked. During the process, Mark was available for calls and texts if I had any questions or if there were any updates on their end. After the job was complete, we did a walkthrough and everything was explained thoroughly.<br><br>The only downside during the process is that I wish I knew electronic payments had an additional fee, which I was originally going to pay via credit. However, the team was understanding and was able to accommodate a week for me to get the final check to them to avoid that fee. Other than that, I'm extremely happy with the work that Carroll's team completed! I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you so much! Phil came out right away and quickly determined that we didn't have storm damage; instead we had a vent that was installed incorrectly. At this point I expected he would tell me about a huge project to repair it, but he didn't. Instead he said it was an easy fix and proceeded to make the repair at no cost.
