Had dress on about 20 minutes & realized it was digging into the front of my arm pit. It hurt! No way could I endure this for hours. Brought it in & the shoulders were adjusted immediately a couple of times till it was perfect for me. Dress was now comfortable & lok good. Tried to tip & it was refused. Great customer service!“

Even though I mentioned I only needed it to be hemmed, he took the time to ensure the rest of the dress fit correctly and didn't require other alterations. “I've been getting my wool/rayon golfer's caps cleaned here for several years. I wear them while biking, and they get super sweat-stained and nasty after a couple years of riding, and Pilgrim Cleaners always brings them back to life. Great work, and prompt, with friendly staff. A little expensive, but if i were to buy new hats on Amazon, the quality of hat would be worse, and they may or may not fit properly, so the service is worth it to me. Thank you, Pilgrim Cleaners!“
