Planet Fitness is dedicated to creating a welcoming and energetic environment for all members. The gym is known for its cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. The staff, led by the General Manager, is friendly and responsive, providing excellent customer service. New members appreciate the orientation tours and thorough explanations of equipment and programs. While the overall experience is positive, some members have noted the absence of hand sanitizer at machines and paper towels in the locker room. Despite these minor concerns, many members enjoy their time at Planet Fitness and look forward to returning to achieve their fitness goals.
