She was a book of knowledge. Her willingness to spend a significant amount of time and reassure me is what made me choose this place as my vet. A lot of times people rush you off the phone, but Molly made me feel like I was a priority even though we hadn't even been there yet. That kind of customer service you just can't find anymore.
