Molly, the vet tech at East Bay Animal Hospital was nothing short of amazing. The first time I called there she took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns regarding my dog. She was a book of knowledge. Her willingness to spend a significant amount of time and reassure me is what made me choose this place as my vet. A lot of times people rush you off the phone, but Molly made me feel like I was a priority even though we hadn't even been there yet. That kind of customer service you just can't find anymore. All four of our dogs go to this vet. They seem to be very interested in the animals and know what they are talking about. The only complaint I have is that the vet has very limited hours and it can take a week to hear back about important tests or results. We often use the 24 hour vet associated with this business to supplement their services.

I received amazing care and compassion for my young cat when he was hospitalized for two days. Also received great follow up care and support. Great experience for a not so good situation. Cat is doing well!
