We came to 315underground to get our 8 and 5 year old girls ears pierced today. The girls decided they were ready and fit us in an hour after we called. Everything was very clean! Vo was very patient, encouraging, and overall just great with the girls. I appreciate how friendly and professional Vo and everyone we talked to was. I would highly recommend!

Elise is a true gem! Not only is she incredibly talented and always makes sure your hair is looking happy and healthy she understands the complexity of hair. Her customers can rest easy that they’re in good hands with someone that is a color doctor and always get the cut right! I have curly and somewhat crazy hair and I’m always so delighted to visit her on my hair day as it always a fabulous time. Highly recommended!

I've been bring my pets to Dr. Peck since 1996. When he opened his hospital, we continued to bring our pets to him because he is very thorough, kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. I wouldn't trust my pets to anyone else.

I’ve been here twice and both times were absolutely lovely. I also have been to the location downtown not ran by students and received a facial. Today I went and got a 60 min facial by a student named Erin. She was absolutely wonderful. I can honestly say I could not tell the difference between her (student) and the licensed esthetician’s at the other location. She was very soft-spoken and that kept me relaxed. She made sure to ask questions to make sure that she wasn’t applying to much pressure or that the temperature of the room and the bed was comfortable. She let me know when she was applying certain products. The environment was very soothing, calm, relaxing just wonderful! exactly what I was looking for after a very stressful time as of late. Thank you!
