“I am very satisfied with the work that this company has done. There were several companies that I had in mind and a friend of mine referred me to this company. I was hesitant about it at first but once it was all set and done I was extremely impressed. I had them come and replacement all my subfloor, drywall in 2 bedrooms and my living room, they also laid new hardwood floor throughout the whole entire house, primed, painted, and reinstalled trim thought out my home. We called Servpro the night of the flood and they were here the next morning and worked hard all day to get rid of the wet and damaged structure materials and set up a huge drying system. “So far so good. Mark and Marcus have taken a weight off of my shoulders. My apartment was trashed by a reclusive tenant, whose water heater exploded and didn't tell me about it for a long time. Water and mold damage, rotting carpet.... You name it, I had it. Called multiple other companies and no one could come out to even give a quote for months.... Called Marcus and he was out that day. Mark came out as well that day and did professional measurements, diagrams,and price quote. Put my mind at ease, and made multiple trips to my house to check on the drying process, and got everything cleaned out. The process takes time, so we're at the mid way point, and waiting on the insurance company. But these guys aren't the company that's just gonna gut your house and leave. “So Visions Restorations were outstanding with taking on the task of removing trees after the wind storm we had in Detroit a few weeks ago. My house looked like a Forest traveled over my house and just unloaded. It was devastating. Two days later it looked as if nothing had ever happened. And even though I know they were very busy.
