“So far so good. Mark and Marcus have taken a weight off of my shoulders. My apartment was trashed by a reclusive tenant, whose water heater exploded and didn't tell me about it for a long time. Water and mold damage, rotting carpet.... You name it, I had it. Called multiple other companies and no one could come out to even give a quote for months.... Called Marcus and he was out that day. Mark came out as well that day and did professional measurements, diagrams,and price quote. Put my mind at ease, and made multiple trips to my house to check on the drying process, and got everything cleaned out. The process takes time, so we're at the mid way point, and waiting on the insurance company. But these guys aren't the company that's just gonna gut your house and leave. “Thomas and team did a great job with my basement water mitigation! My basement flooded the day after Thanksgiving so I had a hard time finding a company that would answer the phone let alone show up the day after a holiday. Dry Space came and set up all their equipment the same day. Thomas and Gus were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. “I have used servpro of Ferndale/Clinton Township a number of times and each time the company was professional, efficient and reasonably priced compared to other companies I contacted.Most recently Mike came out, assessed my sandy basement floor(flood brought in sand), explained the process, and came back to clean the floor.Mike and Josh thoroughly re-moved all the sand from my basement floor, dried my floor and sanitized my floor.
