“A couple months ago my back / shoulder / arm were in so much pain. My doctor gave me a prescription for physical therapy, but the PT place by my doctor had a 3 week wait! A friend recommended Ivy in Keego, so I scheduled an appointment. Kim was amazing -- she had me try dry needling my first appointment. After that first appointment my pain went from a 9 to a 5. I can say today the pain is almost entirely gone, and Kim and the team are the reason. Before going to PT, I thought they were just gonna give me exercises. However, Kim was able to massage the painful areas to loosen up my muscles. After a couple appointments I started doing exercises which have taught me how to lift weights properly and how to use a foam roller (which I also have at home). I can't recommend this place enough.
