UPDATE: have been to 10 rounds of PT for my back, always leaving in more pain than I walked in. My dr wanted a repeat CT scan but insurance said I needed PT first. I walked in with a negative attitude, telling everyone I was going to talk my way into an early discharge. Jeff seen right away how negative I felt towards PT and asked me to trust his process. Although I'm not a very trusting person I decided to give him a chance and so far he has proven himself different. I have never walked out of PT pain-free till now...... my son has some back pain from sitting in school all day and Jeff has been helping him too. Exceptional, personalized care sums up my experience at Ivy. I sought treatment for severe TMJ issues, including pain, popping, lockjaw, hearing loss and more. The Ivy team straight away identified my issues and immediately eased my discomfort and pain via manual therapy and TMJ-specific techniques and treatment. Jeff and Kim are absolutely outstanding! They take the time to diagnose the issue and develop a specific game plan. They have been amazing and greatly increased my mobility and have eased the neuropathy pain I have. The facility is always immaculate and you are greeted warmly by Jennifer at the front desk every visit. Highly reccomend!!
