“Great service! I needed a small soffit and siding repair and called for a quote. Mark came over and examined the work and noted that the soffit gap might mean animals made their way into my attic. He offered to go into my attic and poke around to see if there was any evidence - definitely did not expect him to go above and beyond like that, but was deeply grateful (and luckily no animals were found ?). As a new home owner he also gave me a little overview of what would need fixing, the names of various parts etc. As someone who is actively learning, I appreciated the extra intel. I had gotten 4 total estimates for this job (roofing is important), and not only was Don’s competitive with the others, but he was the most knowledgeable on the unique layout of the house PLUS the use of best-in-class GAF shingles and materials. Everything was explained and outlined clearly, with great scheduling and customer service from Trish in the office. The day of the install, the guys all arrived right on time and took great care to protect my landscaping/driveway, plus did a thorough clean-up afterward so it looks like they weren’t even here. I’ve already received numerous compliments from neighbors and can tell the difference in roof and shingle quality just by looking. He already previously bid on the job so he told us when the roof was installed, which is information we didn’t have then he provided to tell me how little was wrong with the previous job, and how easy fix it would beThis was so different than the other people who were giving us estimates everybody else said it would be several thousand dollars one was as 7500. This could’ve cost me and my family thousands of dollars for an unnecessary repair. The work that Paul’s team is ending up doing is going to cost me less than a few hundred dollars which is well worth it.“

“Toms company did my roof a while back and I referred him to my brother. I was looking up his number today to send it to a friend and decided to write this review. Tom is a very honest guy and won’t try to up sell you things you do not need. Some of these other roofing companies want to charge you 12k for a roof on a 1200 sq ft home, which is outrages. He runs a smaller operation so it may take a little longer to get scheduled, But you will save a lot of money and will be dealing with an honest owner. To me that’s worth a little extra time. These other reviews seem a little strange to me. Thanks again Tom. I hope you are doing well.“
