The last time I had a roof done, it was up to us to find "lost" nails. They did a great job of tarping everything near the house and moving (and protecting all my Christmas decor and yard decor. “My wife called about five different companies to repair a broken chimney cap and replace some worn/cracked mortar. This company is literally the only one that communicated effectively and showed up to give us an estimate when they said they would. They emailed us a quote within 24 hours and had the job done within a week. Chimney looks much better and I’m sure Santa will appreciate it and leave us some extra coal in our stockings this year. This could’ve cost me and my family thousands of dollars for an unnecessary repair. I had gotten 4 total estimates for this job (roofing is important), and not only was Don’s competitive with the others, but he was the most knowledgeable on the unique layout of the house PLUS the use of best-in-class GAF shingles and materials. Everything was explained and outlined clearly, with great scheduling and customer service from Trish in the office. The day of the install, the guys all arrived right on time and took great care to protect my landscaping/driveway, plus did a thorough clean-up afterward so it looks like they weren’t even here.
