“Had a huge stye on my eye that came out of nowhere. Dr. Peracha deadened it, got all the “gunk” out of it and gave me a prescription to make sure that it heals quickly and doesn’t get re-infected. “Dr. Picard has excellent chairside manner and is very knowledgeable. I found him after I went to another eye doctor with a problem and the other doctor didn't know what was causing it. After hearing my problem, 10 minutes later Dr Picard diagnosed me with what was causing it, explained it to me in non-technical terms and had a treatment plan....that worked!! He really takes time to listen and understand his patients. I recommend him without any reservations“
