When I came to Suburban Eye Care in June 2020, my symptoms were so bad that I was super anxious and felt like my quality of life was non existent. I was constantly dizzy, nauseous, has daily headaches, couldn’t drive or ride in a car without getting car sick, couldn’t use a computer without getting nauseas, had a constant feeling of “rocking on a boat”, bumping into things, got headaches while reading, and the list goes on. I was put into Prism glasses to help the symptoms, but ultimately realized that I was going to need vision therapy. I was very skeptical that it would help me, and I talked to Amanda multiple times and she reassured me that I was making the right decision. I’ve been in vision therapy for 6 months and EVERY ONE of my symptoms is gone. I’ve come to realize that my stress was making things worse, and Amanda also helped me see that I DO have control over my vision even though I felt like I didn’t. She was extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with. I highly recommend this program. It changed my life and gave me my life back!!!
