“I want to write a review on the repair man Ilir. I was able to catch him leaving the parking lot and explain to him we had no air , mind you it's 80° outside. he had his truck in drive and he put it back in park and came in and fixed my air. It wasn't a little five minute fix, it took him a minute to fix our air. He was so kind and so thorough and helpful. He didn't have to do that considering the office was closed I would've had to wait till tomorrow to let them know my air was off then, wait for him to come back out on another day. So potentially we would've been out of service out of air for at least 3 to 5 days.
