Autumn Air is great! I've worked with them numerous times both on my primary home and rental properties. Always very communicative, thorough in their work, and I never feel like they are trying to upsell anything. It is great to be able to trust in them, and I highly recommend!

Over exceeded our expectations!! Dave and his wife went above and beyond to help us get our AC up and running. We called and within the same day they were working tirelessly to figure out our issue and it was resolved. I would highly recommend them to family and friends and will use them again for any work in the future.

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! The furnace at the house my daughter rents from us was not keeping temperature during the 2022 holiday break. My daughter has two kids 8 yrs and 6 yrs, so we can't have them going w/o heat. I called Theresa at Autumn Air and she advised me her husband had an install that day down river but he would stop by after he was done with that. As promised her husband came by later that afternoon and did a detailed inspection of the furnance checking both inside and outside. Unfortunately, just like what sometimes happens with cars and other mechanical devices it seemed to be working just as expected at that time. Since it was working fine...read full review
