“I have found a martial arts home here. I started in 2011 and haven't stop training since, Sensei Holloway is one if not the best Instructor of Isshinryu Karate in all of Michigan. He is up there with all the great instructors in the US. I love this school.“

“OH WOW. This building is filled with kindness and acceptance. They are true Christians. Not judgemental or dismissive if you aren't just like them. Do great works in the community like FREE FITNESS CLASSES (until further notice if you're reading this in the future.) My husband and I started to eat healthy and exercise after an pregnancy loss. We didn't know what that meant for us. We are spiritual, but not "churchy." Boy, did God have something in store for us! We are still new here and finding our way spiritually, but Mt Zion fitness center has been so supportive and kind. The fitness classes are hard work and so enjoyable. I can literally feel the health and wellness increasing in my body daily. It is so much more effective than Planet Fitness' circuit training on machines that I was doing.
