“Warren Animal Clinic is the best. Dr Sweeton is the best veterinarian. I would not take my cats anywhere else. When my cats have been sick, they make a accommodations to squeeze us in. Dr Sweeton Is very knowledgeable and caring. I love that she will go through pricing before beginning any tests. She cares so much about the comfort of the animals. I moved away from the area and still drive 45 minutes to see her.“

“We’ve been going to Hoover Road Animal Hospital for about 4 years now. They always took great care of my pit mix Cody! He lived till 17 years old! We had to put him down a couple months ago and got a new puppy. The new puppy Rosie, has had all kinds of parasites, UTI, crystals in urine etc. we were taking her here also until today, we just switched vets. Nothing negative against Hoover Road, the vet we switched to has long hours. They’re open much later 7 days a week. It’s very hard for us to make appointments during the day since our schedules changed. We’ve always been happy with the care our Cody received at Hoover Road. Good care, close and can usually get an appt quickly! I wouldn’t hesitate to go here.“

I can’t say enough good things about Groesbeck Animal Hospital. My first experience with them was when I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put my cat down. The staff was incredibly compassionate during such a difficult time. More recently, I had an emergency with my dog, Betsy, who had an abscess that ruptured on a Saturday at 4pm, right before they were about to close. Even though they could have turned us away, they stayed open to help us, which was such a relief.

The doctor was amazing— they quickly shaved the area, examined it, and reassured me that this was fairly common. They prescribed antibiotics and scheduled a follow-up for two weeks later. The best part? The total cost was only $119.00! They could have easily charged much more, but they were honest and fair, which is rare to find.

Groesbeck Animal Hospital has gained a loyal customer for life. Betsy and I thank you all for your kindness, professionalism, and incredible care!“

While I initially believed the care they provide for pets was excellent based on their social media presence, I’ve since come across multiple troubling reviews that suggest a different story about the level of care they offer. In addition to my concerns about a specific staff member, a young woman with curly hair who has been involved in inappropriate relationships with underage individuals and exhibited questionable behavior on social media. I’ve learned that she has attempted to cover up these actions by attributing them to influences from Japanese “Lolita” culture, which she claims to have picked up despite being almost 30 years old. Although she appears to have shifted her attention to dating older individuals, they are still significantly younger than her, which remains highly concerning. Given these revelations, I advise fellow parents to exercise caution when bringing both your children here. While some of their online content may suggest they care for pets well, it’s highly important to consider this and other concerns to ensure everyone’s safety during your visits, from a concerned mother. I’ve rated this review as 5 stars to ensure it gets seen by more people, even though my concerns are serious.“

“I've been taking my cats here ever since the doc took over the practice I agree with the previous poster I believe the vast majority of poor reviews are simply misdirected emotions after something terrible happens unfortunately we do outlive our pets. Sue and the doc have always been very personable and treated my cats like their own he kisses them every time I bring them in and I've never felt like l pushes unneeded things to charge the plastic. In short I'm 45 years old and have been to several vets in multiple States and I have never been to a vet that cared about his practice the way the doc does.“
