Visited at the perfect time, brand new office with cool equipment and same great service and staff as the old office. Was able to get in and out without being dilated too. Saw a new doctor since mine retired, and she didn't skip a beat. Left feeling confident. Definitely recommend!

I have been going to Primary eye care for over 15 years for exams and glasses. I have been very satisfied with their professionalism. I recently had to have an adjustment of my frames. The adjustment was done and out I walked. Sometime later my wife told me that I had an indentation on each side of my head where the arms of the frames went. My glasses kept slipping and they were very uncomfortable. I went back for another adjustment and Michelle was working. Bottom line. The previous "adjustment" damaged the frame and Michelle replaced the frame and fit them perfectly to my head. I will keep going there but will make sure Michelle is working when I go. GREAT JOB Michelle.

Overall I had a very nice experience. The optometrist was very professional and polite, but nothing really outstanding. What I really enjoyed was picking out frames with the help of an assistant. She was very helpful and pointed out a couple ways to judge eyeglasses that I hadn't heard of before (how the top lines up with your brow line and how the sides follow the line of your cheek bones). She didn't pressure me into buying a higher priced one, just helped me find other glasses that I might like.Price-wise, well nothing was too shocking to me, but I haven't been to other eye places recently so I can't really compare.
