I called and it was able to get an appointment the same day I called. I was shocked in a good way. The staff was super friendly and they told me my glasses would be ready in a week or so and literally the five days later they called me and my glasses were ready. I’m very happy with my purchase, and my vision is never been better with these new glasses. I was shocked at how well I could see.

This is one of the best eyecare place that I have visited. Friendly customer service and a knowledgeable customer care staffs who helped me selecting my eyewear. Starting with the Dr., who is very efficient and examined me thoroughly and explained to me of issues that I was facing. Then for selecting the eyeglass with frame and lenses, I was explained of my insurance amount and my out of pocket cost. Never pressed me like few others did before. Cheers to the ladies!!

BEST eye exam and eye ware fitting I have ever had. They worked me in after I had a poor and inaccurate eye exam at Henry Ford OptimEyes. Sara went above and beyond to help me get in to see the doctor on short notice. Dr. Fahnestock was fabulous and confirmed my suspicions that my script from the other eye doctor was not correct.Brittany the manager also helped to make sure that my experience went well!Looking forward to making this my new place for eye care!
