Reliable did a great job!!! They showed up when they said they would, they completed the job when they said they would and they charged me what they said they would. These are important for me. They came in and put a 10/12 pitch roof with 4 dormers in 1 day. They cleaned up so good that if you didn't know they had just put a roof on you would not be able to tell that they were even there. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a roof.

I got a French shellac. It was nice but didn't last as long as I hoped. Only about 2 weeks. No massage, just basic hand rub. But, very friendly, great environment, thorough, and great pricing. I will go back. My daughter went and got her nails done for the first time and she loved it.

I went in for Shannon to cut my hair. My hair is very thick, and it’s sometimes hard to cut my hair. With how bulky it is, and my undercut, I’ve struggled to find a good stylist, where I leave happy. Shannon did an amazing job! This is one of the first times where I have been impressed with my hair, and the way it was cut. It’s the first time in forever since I’ve felt like I’ve had healthy hair. She took some of the bulk out of it, and didn’t lose any of my volume. I would 1000% go back again! Thank you Shannon!
I walked in last minute after my bridal updo went horribly wrong at another salon. She got me in immediately and redid my hair in time for me to get to my ceremony. My husband bought me a spa package for Mother’s Day which was amazing! I am unable to lay on my stomach, for massages, due to some complications from my c-section a couple years ago, and they were very accommodating at switching up my spa day a little bit. I had an AMAZING hydrating facial with Jordin. I was so comfortable and relaxed that I could have fallen asleep. Lily did my manicure, pedicure, metal detoxing hair treatment, shampoo and style which all were absolutely fantastic! It’s been well over 10 years since I have had a day of pampering and because of this recent experience at Pavlova, I see my future pampering days being more frequent. Bob installed a water softener, drain, sink and reworked some plumbing for us. I had a rough idea on how I wanted it and he worked with me to get it perfect. My mother passed away last year. I had the chair she sat in all the time given to me. It was something special to have comfort me for years to come. However, there was a urine smell that I could not get out. I personally tried everything. So I called GT carpet cleaning. They said with assurance that they could get it out. I brought the chair to them, after several times of cleaning it, they got that urine smell out and now I have something that comforts me more than they know. I am very thankful to them. They kept it until they got it out.

I had a 50 gal water heater leak in our finished downstairs after hours. I called Servpro and they came immediately to soak up water and set fans. I was so impressed with the with the guys they sent. They worked for hours. They helped me with filing insurance claim and worked over several days following up. When mold was also discovered. I hired them for abatement. They went above and beyond. The employees that saw me through this process were prompt professional and hard working. Respected my home protecting my environment. They made decisions to do the job right. I highly recommend them

We were moving to Traverse City from out of state and on a very abbreviated timeline between closing on our 118 year old house and moving in. Jason and his team from Practical Renovations squeezed us in and were working the day after we closed. Within a couple of weeks, they had refinished existing floors, ripped up old carpet and installed new hardwood to blend flawlessly with the refinished flooring. Everything is and was perfect. Additionally, Jason is a valuable resource and recommended other local contractors that proved to be as valuable as he is/was. Cannot recommend Practical Renovations enough....truly outstanding.
My wife and I were on our way to a big box retailer when we happen to notice The Store driving by. I always prefer to support a local business so we stopped in. Thank goodness we did. We needed flooring for a somewhat difficult room in an old cottage. The slab floor was cracked and uneven, and was letting moisture in and making the carpet mildewy. Kim was tremendously helpful and helped us come up with the flooring solution. It was less expensive and better than what we were planning on. The installers went above and beyond in fixing this uneven cracked cement floor. They essentially covered the entire floor with new cement to get it level and dry. The room came out far better than we expected. We could not be any happier.

We started our process with Eastwood in July of 2023. The team was exceptional from day 1! They took the time to answer our questions as we navigated the paperwork and process of being first-time home buyers. Most importantly, they helped us make educated decisions to stay within our budget. Their selection center made it easy for us to make decisions, and they were transparent about what products would be an upgrade and how those would affect our overall payment in the end. By the end of August, they had broken ground on the property we already owned. I think we ended up meeting all of the trades, and each was professional and courteous. We were also impressed on how clean the jobsite was kept each time we visited. We had minor hiccups along the way, those that are typical with a new build, what was important is how the Eastwood team responded to those, Julie, Rich and Scott were all prompt to come up with an immediate solution! Eastwood finished our home the first week of January, and we continue to fall in love with our home each day. It has been 6 months, and we haven't had to make a single warranty claim either. We can't recommend Eastwood and their team enough. Bill,Julie, Rich,Scott, and Tony all made our experience fantastic!

We have used Landscaping by Huffman for many different things icluding moving my shrubs to installing a sprinkler system. He also did some landscaping for us and he is polite, does an awesome job and cleans up everything before he leaves. I highly recommend this business!

Traverse Outdoor has done my irrigation system shut down in the fall for years. I get it going in the spring. This year was the first time that I have been home when they did it. They were amazing, professional and complete. I was very impressed.
From the beginning, TOMS was professional and responsive for our hydroseeding inquiry. Tom provided all of the information we needed to get started including pricing and step by step instructions. By the time we booked, he was out within the next week to seed. The whole process was quick and easy! His 40+ years in the business don't go unnoticed. He was beyond helpful in answering all of our questions. He even came back to reseed the washed out areas after an unexpected torrential down pour a few days after application. 10/10 would recommend.
I wish I had found Zimmerman's years ago. A little inconvienent for me but sooo worth it. I found a few things I had been looking for,some I wasn't looking for and what I didn't find they very willingly ordered it and in good time. He has been very helpful in finding the out of the ordinary for me. I try to buy native,wildlife plants and trees that are hard to find. Next test is in getting a few firs and hickory and others for my former mini pasture. Love this place!!! Interlochen NOT California

He seems more accessible, more personable and more aware of those things that are affecting you, thus affecting your care. I like that he's a sportsman and can connect with me on things that I enjoy. Our daughter attends school in Interlochen and was in severe back pain. We made an emergency trip up her that took 14 hours from PA in the middle of the night. I called Dr. Reed's office and spoke to the incredible Tony. Tony listened to my story and heard the urgency and promised to call me back if there was a cancellation, as they were book solid from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on this particular snowy Friday in January. I hung up and with in minutes Tony called me back to get us in at 2:45 that day for a new patient visit. After Tony explained to him our situation, he said he needed to work us in that day, and that was exactly what he did. Tony welcomed us with a smile and Dr. Reed was absolutely wonderful for our daughter. He assessed her condition immediately and she left there with much less discomfort than when she arrived. The smile on her face said it all. She went back to school for her performance that night and it was all possible because of Dr. Reed and Tony. She is so happy knowing she found a doctor and staff she can trust and who can help with her diagnosed Myofascial Pain Syndrome. Thank you 14th St. Chiropractic so much!!!! Dr. Sherry Weir was absolutely amazing! My usual chiropractor was out of town and I had some very painful spots rise up out of nowhere. I started going to Dr. George Pluhar 20 years ago when I was a pre-teen and hurt my back so badly in gymnastics that I could hardly straighten my back up or walk for a while and went to multiple specialists and sports medicine doctors with no relief. I went in to Dr. Pluhar's office on a recommendation, and walked out with absolutely no back pain.Fast forward to now, I hurt my knee skiing on Sunday and have been hobbling around, limping, and on a constant stream of ibuprofen. 5 minutes with Dr. Pluhar and ZERO knee pain. ???He is kind, gentle, quick, and has a wealth of knowledge. The office has a calm, peaceful atmosphere and I've never had any issues with anything there!

My dog was bit by another dog on one of our up north trips, we were closest to Long Lake Animal Hospital so that is where we ended up and I am so thankful. They were so kind and quick getting us in to be seen and were so kind when I was obviously upset. They were so nice to my rescue dog and were extremely thorough in their examination and follow up instructions. The prices were very reasonable. Thank you SO MUCH to Faith, Emily and the rest of the staff that helped us, our dog is doing great.
We've only had one appointment but so far really enjoy the practice. Everyone was incredibly friendly and took the time to be thorough in our first appointment and build rapport with our nervous dog. We'll definitely be back!
I have NO idea what happened to Long Lake Vet but I really liked Dr Diana and then she was gone along with Dr Lisa and the rest. I still go there-for now. I would wish for some knowledge as to a change over. A letter informing pet parents. This takeover surprised me and NOT happily.

Dr. Mason does a wonderful job taking care of our two dogs. We have an older Samoyed who requires pretty routine (and a lot of the time sporadic) care, and Oakwood is always very accommodating in getting her in on a short notice.
Our other dog absolutely loves all of the staff here and is always very excited to see everyone.

Missi led a Pilates session for my husband, my daughter and me. I have done Pilates for years while my family is new to it. She easily instructed us all based on our individual abilities. My family got to see why I enjoy the exercise and how good instructors can make a huge difference. I would highly recommend Pilates Sestina for individual or group instruction.
I've been going to Pure Pilates for years and have enjoyed every class I've been in! It's a great balance of challenge while having fun! The instructors do an amazing job paying attention to every person in class to help strengthen skills and develop techniques! We had a wonderful experience for our first couples massage. The hot stones were our favorite part. It certainly blew my mind how she knew exactly where my tension was and how to target the areas needing most attention. (She even rubbed my belly when my hunger growls wouldn’t stop. ☺️) We felt so relaxed and will recommend this place to anyone! The gals did a great job and were very kind!
