When the original hair stylist I booked had to back out two weeks before my wedding, Polished Hair Studio stepped in! Danielle got through everyone quicker than anticipated, and was even able to accommodate an extra person who initially didn't want to get her hair done, but changed her mind the day of. As always Tonia @ Polished did an amazing job! This hair designer takes the time to understand what the costumer is looking to achieve.( Even if it's a process to get a certain color she will not let you leave her chair without feeling anything less than Beautiful!) Honesty and kindness is never without fail! I feel welcomed when I enter and always eager to return for another fun service. I am a unique client as I have been traumatized in another "well known" hair salon and had no intentions of ever letting anyone touch my hair again! (Hack job from hell!) I've been getting my hair cut by Tonia for about a year and a half now. I followed her to this salon. I'm always happy with her work and professionalism. The salon is always clean and presentable.
