I researched several options across the state, and drove 2 hours each way for Sasha’s MMP surgery. For those who don’t know, MMP is an alternative to TPLO—Sasha had a speedier, less complicated recovery as a result and we couldn’t be more pleased!“

“I can't say enough good things about Cats Vet. We have tried others but always ended up back at Cats because they're the only place I trust completely with my babies. Every staff member is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Dr. Reagan and Dr. Vani will thoroughly explain everything that's going on and what your options are in a way that's easy to understand, and they take as much time as needed to answer every question; you will never be rushed. Communication is excellent: phone calls are returned in a timely manner, and if your baby is hospitalized they will keep in touch regularly with updates.I very rarely have to wait more than a few minutes beyond my appointment time, and when they're running behind it's usually because they're handling an emergency, and I'm more than happy to wait. The waiting room is comfortable and stocked with books and magazines, and it's always a nice surprise when one of their resident cats wanders by to say hello!The exam rooms are equipped with feliway diffusers to help keep your babies calm, and relaxing classical music can often be heard too. I recently lost one of my dogs to cancer and they were wonderful throughout the entire thing. I chose them to send my girl to heaven after chemo did not work. “This was my first time ever using this facility and I have to say when time matters this place is where you should go. Very attentive and great assistants helping to figure out what’s going on with your animals. I was very scared to go in and talk about my dog and what was happening but I am very happy that I did because I k own that my dog will be better and is being treated for a severe upper respiratory infection. I know this may be silly to some but I love my dogs just as much if not more than most people. I felt devasted and destroyed knowing that three year old pup was so uncomfortable and sick. “I've been taking my cats here ever since the doc took over the practice I agree with the previous poster I believe the vast majority of poor reviews are simply misdirected emotions after something terrible happens unfortunately we do outlive our pets. Sue and the doc have always been very personable and treated my cats like their own he kisses them every time I bring them in and I've never felt like l pushes unneeded things to charge the plastic. In short I'm 45 years old and have been to several vets in multiple States and I have never been to a vet that cared about his practice the way the doc does.“
