I don't normally write reviews but I felt obligated to because I love this place so much. I'm brand new to Pilates and Diana is so thorough and makes the class enjoyable, digestible, and comfortable. I left the first class loving PilatesThe place is CLEAN and you can tell she loves what she does.
Diana expertly guides you through her classes taking the inexperienced carefully into the advanced classes. The small studio experience is perfect for those that may have particular muscular issues.
