Brett the initial contact was courteous and professional. Joe was the one who replaced my hot water tank in my mobile home, went out of his way to find the correct hot water tank for a mobile home from Detroit to Sterling Heights. Worked 8:30 to 2:45 just on getting everything right and cleaned up after. Who does that kind of customer service anymore? Would highly recommend.

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate your company! Kathy your wonderful so nice and all of the guys are super nice, fast and helpful! They put up with a lot of crap I'm so sorry about everything but just wanted to say we appreciate you all! Had furnace done by them last year still working fantastic and this year they fit us in multiple times to look at water tank! Thank you all for being so nice and helpful Melodie Harris
