“I have been attending classes at Intentional Yoga for about 6 months. It has had huge positive effects on my body physically such as increased strength, flexibility, tone, cardiovascular and decreased the amount of pain that I have had. I have also noticed that my mind is much clearer when I am practicing regularly and my stress levels seem to be lower.Being new to yoga I thought it would be overwhelming, but the instructors and other attendees are all great. The building is always clean, I love being warm so the studio always feels awesome (especially in the winter).“
