We brought a tufted wool area rug to them to try to salvage it after we had a bad experience with a different rug cleaning company that ruined our area rug. Mir's explained how the damage could not be reversed, but they were still so professional and supportive during the process. I really wish I had come to them initially and had never gone elsewhere. They really know how to handle and care for expensive, tufted wool and silk rugs. I highly recommend Mir's and will do all my future business with them. They are skilled, knowledgeable, and kind.

I took a Navajo carpet to get cleaned and I would never take anything that I considered valuable like that to anywhere else. Everything's hand done. The rug turned out beautiful. They helped me in so many ways. I can't imagine anybody giving this place a negative review. The rug was given to me by my Father thirty years ago. This is a picture of the woman who wove it for us. Cost was very reasonable, I would have paid more for the quality and wonderful service.

I had Mir's clean my special 20+ yrs old wool and silk oriental rug; the whole experience was just perfect... they removed a stain that I thought was permanent and revived the fringe that I thought wasn't really fixable! My lovely carpet looks like new. I took it to Mir's because I thought they were the best, and now I KNOW they are. They really care. Thank you Mir's.
