I had Mir's clean my special 20+ yrs old wool and silk oriental rug; the whole experience was just perfect... they removed a stain that I thought was permanent and revived the fringe that I thought wasn't really fixable! My lovely carpet looks like new. I took it to Mir's because I thought they were the best, and now I KNOW they are. They really care. Thank you Mir's.

Awesome customer service and support. Incredible selection of fine rugs. The rugs that are made by the Mir family in Pakistan are superb. Mir's does rug cleaning and care as well.

Husband and I went in 2 Saturdays ago and met the kind, wonderful, knowledgeable Jim, what a happy day! Jim shared so much great information with us, helped us, and provided accurate information about how long it would take for some custom pieces to come in. After we bought a beautiful rug from Jim...we received a lovely and thoughtful hand-written thank you card. When I thought the service couldn't get any better, our delivery came in; not on time, but EARLY. Jim called right away to share the good news; and he gave detailed and helpful information to me about where to park so that I wasn't hauling a 50 pound rug through the streets of A2. I cannot say enough good about Jim and about Mir's; I'll be making many more purchased from Jim in the future...I'm already thinking about replacing a few rugs!!
