We chose American Flooring in Okemos to replace our carpet. Paul helped us find the best choice for our needs. He was very knowledgeable about the options, and patient with our concerns. Tim and Keagon were the installers, they were efficient and professional. We love our new floors!

We have had floors done in four rooms by them over the years. The first was a basement and they worked with us to rip up the old carpet, put down a special paint to deal with some old smells and then put the flooring in quickly. We wanted the same flooring a few years later and they searched for the same flooring. They couldn't find it anymore but got the same color in a slightly different style for us. The installation went well both times and we were very happy. There were some minor issues (forgot to put a transition piece in beco a door had to be closed for our cat). American Flooring of Okemos is a great place to do business. They have a wide selection, and the staff is very knowledgeable. The installation was quick and professional, the work is top notch. Our salesperson, Paul Zumberg, was very kind and helpful, and kudos to James and his team of hard working team of guys. I'll gladly recommend American Flooring of Okemos to anyone.
