Some time it’s hit or miss who you get to see sometimes you meet very Understanding and caring nurses and sometimes you meet someone just don’t understand you. Overall I give 4 stars.

Everyone has seen the videos of pugs freaking out when they get nail trims, right? Well Topher’s does the nails for all 5 of our pugs and they do it in a way that doesn’t stress out my dogs. I’m so grateful for their gentle and calming approach. Highly recommend ❤️

Tammy was outstanding. She introduced herself with kindness and asked if I knew what I wanted. I explained how indecisive I was and the vague idea I had. She then gave me a recommendation which sounded great, but the haircut far exceeded my expectations. This is the best haircut I’ve ever had, thank you Tammy ??. I will be returning for sure.
Requested style: I was very vague and didn’t know how to describe my style very well. Tammy took that and turned it into good.
Specialties: She explained why the hairstyle would work and fit the contour to my face and beard and she was spot on. She could tell how curly my hair was and how it would end up after cutting it.
Stylist: Tammy was the stylist and she did a great job! The recommendation, the haircut, the conversation.

I chose this place as it was on my way to an interview. This was the first time I was ever to a professional barber (sorry grandma) and they were able to accommodate well to my naivety. With nape long hair, it was most likely the shortest time I've ever had to sit through getting my hair cut. I'm not the best looking guy but I'm definitely getting laid tonight. Thanks After Shave.

Wow! So glad my husband and I drove over from Owosso. This place is a hidden gem! The atmosphere was relaxing, and we had one of the best pedicures we’ve ever had! They spent a full hour on each of us. We both had the diamond massage, - my husband had a paraffin wax treatment and I had gel pedicure. Everything was amazing!! We will be back very soon!

I was looking for my dentist's address when I came across this review. It was 2.5 stars with only two responses. I rightly figured one very satisfied person and one disgruntled person left reviews. I find it interesting that a person from .Jackson drove to Okemos for dental care when there are several five-star dentists in Jackson. Then he said he "... had two other dentists review my x-rays prior to seeing this dentist, and both said it was likely due to the dentist's work that I needed a root canal." Something doesn't smell right here. If I was looking for a dentist I would disregard the one-star review ditzing this dental practice. I gave them five stars to offset the ridiculous review.

After years of avoiding making an appointment to see a dentist, a friend suggested Dr. Grady and his staff. Not only am I not dreading my next visit; I'm (yes, seriously) looking forward to getting the necessary work done. Dr. Grady took his time and made me feel that my fears were legitimate; he explained the next steps and did everything possible to help me understand my choices. His staff were kind, helpful and reassuring, making all the necessary arrangements for going forward. I'm so glad to have come here after previous traumatic dental experiences. I can honestly say this has changed my perceptions of dentists and dental work.

Dr. Zuker is the best. I travel from Jackson to see him because he is very gentle. He does not try to sell things that I don’t necessarily need, like other chiropractors I have been to. He understands when certain things fall outside the realm of chiropractic care. As a nurse, I appreciate being able to trust him as a most valued member of the team of people who care for me. Let me just say I got up off the bed and wanted to hug and kiss her! It was my second visit with her and man do I feel great. I have been suffering for months with pain levels of a 10. Not feeling that way this evening. For those who suffer from knee pain, back pain. Please take the time to see her. Just two visits and I am feeling like me. I went from feeling 87 to 47. Was afraid to go and I tell you the best choice for my health in 2024!
Receiving SOFTWAVE Therapy and Ted at OFC is the most proficient and confident Technician I've experienced. I've traveled recently and tried providers in three states. And while good, Ted seems to have a superior grasp of the technology and how to provide the most directed therapy for the best and quickest results.

The two instructors were very accommodating and understanding of any issues I had they gave me great feedback about any mistakes I had made during my tests and their kindness and willingness to work with me was some of the highest quality I've experienced in a while, I highly recommend them.
