“We were selling our father's home and the carpet was old, stained, and needed to be stretched before showings. We knew that there was hard wood underneath the carpet and were selling "as is". When they came out to do an estimate, I was surprised that he (I'm sorry that I don't know the man's name) said that he would not spend the money to stretch or clean the carpet, because the new owners would want to pull it up anyway. I asked whether I should pull it up before the showings, but he said to save my time and effort, since we didn't know the condition of wood. We were SO grateful for his honesty, even when it meant that they didn't make money on the carpet! I promised to share the word about what a great company Carpet Clinic is! “This was my 1st time using Two Maids- Bloomfield and I can genuinely say that I'm impressed. I purchased the Deep Clean. I've provided some pictures with my review. The area that I was most surprised by is my built-in knickknack shelf. There's roughly 16 decorations in there, and glass shelves. It looks like they took everything out, cleaned and polished the glass, dusted the items, and put it all back the same way that I had it! I say "looks like" because I didn't stay at home while they worked. I wanted to be out of their way, but you can be home! We cleared our clutter off surfaces for them beforehand so they'd have less to clean around. Professional staff. Showed up when expected. They didn't use strong smelling cleaning products.
