Carlos and his hard working associates did an excellent job guiding me thru the large selection of quality rugs. With no hassle, I was able to take several rugs home to see them in their actual environment. Color and lighting are critical and make rug buying difficult to do online. Hagopian’s prices were very similar to online prices too!Thanks so much.

Very satisfied with the cleaning. dissatisfied that you did not follow my instructions & added services that I rejected plus the final cost being twice what I was quoted !! Not a good business practice.

This was not our first experience in having carpets cleaned by Hagopian and they did not disappoint as usual. In fact, they expertly managed our expectations and delivered a week earlier than they originally promised. Our carpets look fantastic and we will definitely be back with other area rugs when they need attention. ?
