When the leak came back a few hours later they were at my door again in under 30 minutes to fix it. Ronald was excellent in every way. “I have had ZPlumberz to our home 3 times n the last 3 months. One visit was a true emergency, one visit was planned, and one visit was due to my absolute stupidity.I called at noon today because I had ground up my diamond earrings in the garbage disposer. ( Don’t ask). The dispatcher was great—kind, considerate —and she said I was on the schedule for today.Tyler and Kirby arrived 2 hr later. They were meticulous. They looked thru every part of the disposer. Picked out little mangled pieces with needle nosed pliers. They then took the disposer to the truck and disassembled it. They were able to find one more diamond.After installing a new disposer at a good price, they tightened the screws on the cupboard door as they were leaving!These two young men were helpful, kind, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. They did everything with courtesy. As a manager, I would be proud to have these two employees on my team.“

“My house is 5 years young and my Carrier thermostat failed. I have no idea why? I searched the web and found that I could order the exact OEM replacement part from Technical Hot & Cold. Ordering the exact part using their website was very easy and fast. The price of the part was very reasonable and I would be able to received the part in 1-2 days. I live in FL and the product was shipped from MS. I was able to use UPS tracking and the product came in the second day without a problem. “I called Rooter MD late in the afternoon thinking that I would have to schedule something after hours or another day. I had a sewer backup in my basement and they surprisingly came out within two hours after I called. They were able to snake out the clogged line which had some large roots and got us out of a big jam. They came out again two days later to perform a jet cleaning. They were prompt, professional and courteous. I would use them again without hesitation.“

“I live in Livonia where gravity fed drains sometimes get backed up, especially during winter when we accumulate rain. My whole basement was flooding enough to call an emergency plumber from a different company who told me my storm trap was completely faulty and broken. The owner from Gensons came out and unclogged my storm trap with a plunger. I would recommend them over any plumbing company I've experienced, and I work in the trades.“
