I was satisfied from the beginning of the process to the end. This was my first funeral I was responsible for, so I was an emotional and nervous wreck and did not know where to start. Funeral Director Ms. Cynthia was kind, supportive, and very understanding from the time she picked up the phone. The funeral home itself matched her energy and positive spirit. Very clean and bright and well maintained. Ms. Cynthia was very helpful and clear in explaining to me on the steps I need to take without being pushy to sell her services.
