As soon as you walk through the door your nervous system begins to regulate itself from the peaceful environment and ambiance. Variety of yoga classes are amazing. Love the instructors and the yoga owner Daniel is incredible! If you've thought about finding a yoga studio to call home, Bodhi is for you!
I’ve been looking forward to going to Bodhi Seed for a while, and I finally signed up. Beautiful place, small yet mighty. Daniel is a fantastic teacher. I am looking forward to getting to know the community.
Obsessed with Bodhi seed! I started taking classes here about a year ago, and officially signed up for a membership + practicing more consistently in August, and I feel great about the progress I’ve made. The studio is clean, welcoming and has a lot more room compared to other studios I’ve been to. The owner, Daniel, is the instructor I usually see weekday evenings- it’s clear he has a ton of experience and is passionate about teaching, always keeping classes fresh while providing modifications for all experience levels.
