I’ve been going to life yoga for about 3 months now. Everyone is super welcoming and friendly from the moment I walk in. The classes are challenging and the instructors push and encourage you in every way possible. My favorite part about coming to this studio is that almost every class I’ve been to, they teach, step by step, a new position or the correct way to do a position I didn’t realize I was doing incorrect. I also appreciate that the instructors walk around the room and gently correct my poses when they see them being done incorrectly. I feel it’s so important to get the most out of each pose, to not injure myself, but also have fun with learning more....read full review

Life Yoga has been an incredible journey for me, guided by the expertise and dedication of the wonderful instructors. One person who has truly stood out is Pam. Her passion for yoga and holistic well-being is palpable in every class. Pam's teaching style combines deep knowledge with a nurturing approach, creating an environment where both beginners and seasoned practitioners can thrive. Pam's guidance extends beyond the physical practice, fostering mindfulness and self-awareness. Her calming presence and personalized attention have been transformative in my yoga journey. She effortlessly creates a sense of community within the studio, making each session an opportunity for growth and connection. What a beautiful space for yoga & massage. Staff are extremely professional, warm and welcoming! I went for a 90 min massage. I left feeling rejuvenated. I still have to go back for a night of yoga and maybe their infrared sauna booth.
