I have been a contact lens wearer for 30 some years and wanted to switch to glasses. They were insanely patient with the number of frames I tried and walked me through everything my insurance plan covered including their recommendations.“

I called Bifano and they not only made time to see me during a busy weekend morning, but they monitored the progress of my eye infection for an entire week!! “I have to say, the customer service in the building is phenomenal. You feel like you walked into a Fortune 500 employee place. Everyone and I do mean, everyone is super nice, professional and extremely helpful. The atmosphere is just great and I normally would only buy one or two pairs of glasses but I bought three. The selection was excellent and I just couldn’t pass up the third pair which was still half off like the second pair. Can’t wait for my glasses to come in so I can wear them.
