“Absolutely the best! *Everyone* working here is wonderful. They are so kind, patient, and seem to really enjoy interacting with, well, patients.Also, if you have sensory issues like me, this is a great place to go. It’s library-quiet! None of the staff feels the need to shout, it’s heavenly.They genuinely care and have compassion for people. They also don’t give you any difficulty if you need to say, order cheap glasses online for financial reasons, they’re completely understanding and don’t make it weird like I’ve experienced elsewhere.Another place in town gave me a hard time about repairing glasses that were slightly out of warranty, even though I offered up front to pay for the repair. Here, Melissa offered to help with an issue with my glasses just because she noticed and cared. I wound up buying a full new set anyway but I felt so grateful.“
