Dr. Tim Walker is thorough, kind and professional. Skylar was patient and compassionate on the phone. Julia who did testing on my eyes was so nice and took great care of me. However, the receptionist who greeted us was cold, indifferent and rude. The “face” of a healthcare office should be warm and friendly, NOT abrasive and abrupt.
Grand Blanc Eyes is the best around for eye care. I have been using Dr Ann Walker since she went into practice, and now I have the opportunity to visit Dr Tim Walker. Everyone is always so kind and helpful.. Dr Tim is every bit as kind and compassionate as his Mom. ;)Another great out come with the team at GBEs. I recommend you to everyone and I have for the last 25 years plus.
First let me start out with, if anyone is indeed of a Experienced, Highly Intelligent in all eye conditions you may be having, then Dr. Timothy Waker is your Optimologist!He takes his time, along with his Medical Staff to explain every test in detail, ever if it takes performing the test over as many times as needed to reassure the utmost results to fullfill his and staffs responsibilities, for any problem seeing you may have!Dr. Walker then personally performs more testing himself and explains in detail what you diagnosis is, and if you may require additional seogens, or whatever is required to reach your best possible vision!
