Yesterday, my kids were sick and needed and urgent, same day appointment. We are in the process of switching care to U of M- Saline and have only had the chance to get 2 out of 3 kids scheduled to establish care. Of course, the 1 kid that wasn't able to also needed to be seen. I figured she wouldn't be able to get an urgent appointment because she wasn't a current patient.

The call center suggested and helped me get her on the schedule and sent an urgent message to the office to see if they could see her for her sick visit.

The office communicated SO QUICKLY with us, not only taking her but also changing the baby's appointment to later so they can be seen together (they were able to get us in within 1 hour of the call).

The office utilizes isolation entrance/procedures for sick visits. I appreciate this SO much since we have a baby.

We saw Dr. Nguyen. He was friendly, to the point and super patient with cranky kiddos. I felt listened to and understood. Great experiences.
Previously we saw Dr. Alperin and had the same experience. Loved both

They got us in and out within 20 minutes! I am so thankful for everyone at this office helping us make everything easier and more manageable for my family.
They also have been so responsive to MyChart messages and quick to respond/get what I need done. I'm truly amazed (and I work for a health system).
