The office staff and Dr. Sims are very friendly and took extra time to explain everything they were doing and results. I would highly recommend their office to anyone needing and exam and glasses/contacts.“

“Called to make an appointment and get contacts. The lady told me that there was nothing she could do for me because they didnt have my contacts in stock. I called back 2 days later and talk to someone else, not only did he get me setup for an appointment but he waited 15 minutes after closing so that I could pickup some contacts he held for me to hold me over til my visit. Not sure who I talked to the first time but I sure am glad I called back and got someone willing to listen. Big thanks to the guy that stayed after as I didnt catch his name. Great service“
