After being examined at another large practice in East Lansing, I discovered their optometry department does not work with my insuramce. I quickly got online to find out who was in the area that accepted my insurance. I called and talked to Susan, telling her I had my prescription, and just needed to order some glasses. She assured me they could get me right in. I arrived within 5 minutes of speaking with Susan. She helped me pick out frames, offered to call the other practice I had just left to get an updated prescription for my occupational readers, and even talked to my old opthalmologist office, to find out exactly what add ons I have on my current glasses. She was very thorough and didn't waste any time getting me taken care of. And all for approximately $400 less than I expected to pay! Thank you Susan for all your help today.
