“I had to take a star away. I joined for PT, and the hot tub was part of that. It has been closed for many months. I should have gotten the punch card instead of the monthly membership, which I paid for in advance. Things happen, but this is ridiculous.“

“I've always had the best experience with my Provider Kim. I feel like I am a part of the decision making in my care. She listens to me!!!I would like to add that in 2023 I have struggled with my insurance companies to get the right medications for myself. I have alot of allergies so I'm not able to take generics. Kim has listened to my issues and helped me solve these issues! She did NOT have to do this but she did!! This was such a relief off of my shoulders!! I cannot thank her enough for always taking time in my appointments to listen to my concerns and help whenever she can!! She is the BEST!!“
