I was looking to replace a 20 year old working AC unit and did not want to wait till the last minute. Since I was in no rush I got quotes from a few of the local guys and the big box stores but was very happy with Harris Mechanical. Ben made time during the 90°+ temp week to give me a quote after business hours. He was prompt and thorough. Pricing was competitive and he was knowledgeable and did not try to up-sell or use any gimmicky presentations like some other contractors. Since I was not in a rush he gave me a install date 1 week out for a Sunday. Again, they were prompt and finished the job within the quoted time. The install job looks great and I am happy with the work they did.
