“I’ve been going to life yoga for about 3 months now. Everyone is super welcoming and friendly from the moment I walk in. The classes are challenging and the instructors push and encourage you in every way possible. My favorite part about coming to this studio is that almost every class I’ve been to, they teach, step by step, a new position or the correct way to do a position I didn’t realize I was doing incorrect. I also appreciate that the instructors walk around the room and gently correct my poses when they see them being done incorrectly. I feel it’s so important to get the most out of each pose, to not injure myself, but also have fun with learning more. Watching myself or other students do an advanced pose for the first time because the instructor simplified how it’s supposed to be done is so exciting and gratifying. I appreciate that they do that because most studios don’t. Before I came there I was at a studio that I didn’t feel was challenging me or I wasn’t learning how to further my practice and knowledge. At life yoga, I get that every time I go. I’ve been going 3 days a week and I already feel stronger, more knowledgeable and excited each time I go. People ask how I stay motivated to work out when I have 3 small kids and work full time. I tell them the people and practices at life yoga make it feel like I’m taking a break from my busy life, not just doing a boring, repetitive workout. We laugh, play, dance and sometimes sing all while sweating and flowing. Thank you life yoga for giving me that much needed escape.“

“I highly recommend this place. I suffer from chronic migraine and let me tell you these girls know how to make you feel better and avoid going to ER. I literally walked in with so much pain and walked out feeling 90% less pain feeling like heavy weight has lifted off my shoulders. May is the girl that massages me and she's absolutely the best. Overall all girls are amazing and super professional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I promise you it is worth every penny.
