We had a main sewer line back up after roots got into the pipe. Nightmare of a time where we had to call a different company for an emergency snaking to temporarily unclog our system while we cleaned the bathroom and adjacent carpet one night after work. That company provided quotes for more permanent solutions and truly made us panic with how much we expected a fix to cost. Tom thankfully called us back after I left a voicemail and was familiar with the previous company and quickly alleviated concerns and fixed everything in the next couple days.

The work was quick - Tom checked a couple things out on a Monday, called Miss Dig and handled everything permit related, came out that Wednesday morning, and was done by lunch. He even was nice enough to take some of the leftover stacks of wood the township previously left in our yard after cutting some trees down. He’s a good guy and does good work - trust him.“
