Most people avoid going to Glendale Ave location ( I just discovered that after I read the reviews of both stores and after I saw how this location is super busy[ around ten customers at the same time] Vs [none at Glendale Ave] since the employees there are so rude and don’t want to work.After a very bad experience in that Glendale Ave Vision center, Jordan helped me immediately to get many replacement of nose pads that Liza ( the manger of Glendale Ave vision center took them out from the new frame that She replaced for my son’s glass after two hours and half of fighting and getting back and forth with corporate to get them replaced )“

“Unexpectedly the arm on my silhouette eyeglass frame broke. I was devasted. I went to other optometrist offices inquiring about a repair but was told it couldn't be fixed. “This is a response to Vanessa Wright's review below. Unfortunately we are unable to login and respond under the Dr Rick Cherry, OD account. We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your last telephone experience with the office. By law an eyeglass prescription is good for only two years. The prescription you were requesting was well past the two years. As we explained, you can get a copy of the RX. The prescription will say its expired. Two years ago we were going through the COVID outbreak. During that time Dr Cherry O.D did only allow one exam done at a time due to social distancing and the size of the waiting area and exam rooms. Please feel free to call the office if you would like to discuss this further.“

“I just started wearing eye glasses in February. In August my face on both sides where the arms sit broke out and the inside of my glasses started to corrode.
I came back in to ask for help and they knew right away what the problem was. I sweat a lot from working out and just in general and my face broke out from the gold metal on the arms of the glasses. They allowed me to pick out a new pair and suggested plastic so it wouldn't happen again.
I love my new pair. Even the specialist was like excited when I placed them on.
