“staff here are friendly and helpful. All but one of the providers I've seen here have been knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Given that I've seen multiple providers over multiple departments, one who wasn't very good is still better than a lot of doctors' offices I've been to. I'm lucky WMU students have access to this level of good healthcare right on campus.“

“Dr McKeeby is the best. She listens and is always on your side and helps you achieve your health goals. Bronson family medicine as a whole I like too bc the patient portal is such a convenient way to communicate with your doc or the staff. Mychart is great and contains lots of personalized information regarding your health. I’ve always found the reception and staff to be very helpful and kind“

“It's a shelter with a mental health base, a place to stay to help get on your feet. Staff are ko0l people, will talk to you and assist you as long as you show the same respect.. Just remember they are not there to serve you but, to help you. They understand you are going through something so, you don't have to be rude. They help with housing, you have to prove your looking for housing also, one on one conversations with your assigned counselor. Had group sessions, chores like any other shelter, I shared a room a with a ko0l older woman. Clean, decent, and get to do your laundry on days your room is scheduled to. If you do your part it works, can't just think it's all Oakland House responsibility when, their working with a building full of also homeless or/and disabled people. I know there are some other rules, I can't recall at the moment but, as always there is a curfew. Was 5yrs since I was there so I don't know how much has changed.“

“I've tried three times to post. Review but keep getting kicked out... Maybe it will work better if I give 5 stars instead of 5.“
